This research aims to analyze the effect of strategic orientation on the business performance of women-led companies, in order to identify its contribution to organizational success. A quantitative approach was adopted, with a descriptive scope and a non-experimental design. An instrument validated by experts was applied, using statistical tests to determine its consistency. A Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.8180 was obtained. The instrument was administered to all members of the Coordinating Council of Women Entrepreneurs (CCME), Sinaloa chapter. The businesswomen evaluated stand out for their strong strategic orientation, especially in vision, mission, and leadership, with a mean of 3.88 and low dispersion (SD = 0.42). While the results reflect strengths, the skewness and kurtosis values suggest areas of opportunity to strengthen the implementation and continuous monitoring of their strategic plans.
