The design evaluation of public programs is essential for strengthening their internal logic and preventing potential implementation failures. This process is particularly relevant in contexts where changes have occurred in state public administration, as is the case in Jalisco. The objective of this study is to evaluate the consistency of the internal logic of the design of the “Artesanías Jalisco Más” program for the 2025 fiscal year. The methodology used is based on a desk-based documentary analysis, in which technical and regulatory inputs were compared, and specific categories were generated to measure the program's internal logic. Based on the evidence obtained, it is concluded that the program presents a “Very High” level in terms of its internal logic. Although this result is generally favorable, several areas of opportunity were identified in the program's design that require attention and improvement.
