Identificación Étnica de los Mexicanos en Estados Unidos de América. Algunos Elementos hacia una Nueva Política Exterior con la Diáspora Mexicana

Resumen


Bajo la premisa de realizar una reflexión sobre los procesos de identificación étnica de los migrantes mexicanos que residen en Estados Unidos así como
del papel que juega la política migratoria de México y Estados Unidos. El presente artículo muestra como los migrantes mexicanos viven una constante lucha por incorporarse a la sociedad norteamericana, sin embargo, es debido a cuestiones económicas, educativas y de temporalidad que dicho proceso
ocasiona que nuestros paisanos adopten actitudes étnicas diferentes. Esa diferencia ocasiona la necesidad de una política migratoria mexicana que respete e incluya los distintos perfiles de identidad étnica de la población migrante, los vincule entre ellos y los una más con nuestro país.
